Richard is one of the leading Executive Search Consultants in Hungary and a founding Partner of Amrop in the country. He is a member of Amrop's global Industrial + Financial Services +Consumer & Retail Practices, which are especially active in Central and Eastern Europe.

Over the past years at Amrop, Richard has successfully placed top executives across a broad spectrum, which includes: Automotive & Manufacturing + FMCG & Retail + Banking & Insurance + Life Sciences/ Pharma sectors for World leader companies. Richard is also involved in Management Audits & Assessments, Executive Coaching, Board Searches & Advice, HR Consultancy and Interim Management.Richard's career before Amrop includes: Managing Partners of Spencer Stuart Hungary; Internal Consultants of the Board of Voest Alpine Steel AG in Austria: Deputy General Manager of a Siemens company; IT Consultants of Diebold.

Richard has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University in Budapest and received a Diploma in Coaching. He visited the IMD Business School in Switzerland and attended Amrop's Trusted Advisor program Module 1 (2011) and Module 2 (2013).

In addition to his native Hungarian and German, he is fluent in English and speaks some French as well.
